I feel like the antitrust lawsuit related to Valve and Steam seems to be shifting between two definitions of "monopoly" - Valve has a monopoly because it is impossible to publish a game on Windows without Valve's permission - Valve has a monopoly because only Valve approved products are allowed on Valve's services
