When I was a boy in beavers (pre-cub scouts) I would make my own paper from recycled paper and cotton scraps (my mother was a seamstress, so there were lots). My father and I made frames out of reshaped wire coat hangers, and used nylon stockings as the mesh. It was great fun refining the process - figuring out what worked and what didn't... I even tried making paper from dryer lint. I hope to see your exploits!

It's definitely above a blender in complexity of a build and what it can yield. I might grow mulberry bushes too for their fiber but that's less certain than the flax, as linen paper is my top goal. #Papermaking #FiberArts #diy
