#Syncthing is the best file synchronization program I've tried. It has a peer to peer architecture that bypasses cloud subscriptions and keeps your data truly only yours. I synchronize ~139 GiB of data between three devices (one of them is an Android phone), and it works flawlessly. It's just incredibly fast when in the same network, and continues working even under restrictive NATs thanks to volunteer-run proxies (data is encrypted so it remains private).
