@carlosefr@mastodon.social Space RCI no further than 3 spaces from a road and keep council at an "adequate" status for a sweet spot, build more police/fire/etc. buildings than needed but control expense with the percentage, avoid loans unless they're 3%, hydro plant + waterfall = no power plant death, probably more tips in the recesses of my head somewhere
