a friend of mine who lives in Berlin, is in a very bad state. They're having many moments of self-harm (pulling their hair mainly) and crying endlessly. They refuse to go to an ER because they think it's not urgent enough as they are not harming anyone or considering suicide (for now). Their GP will only give appointment next week. Where could they turn?
