collapsed in the apt monday morning. paramedics checked me out, i was recovering and said i was probably dehydrated and could handle it. they had a discussion with me about it
day went on, kept hydrating and cooling, thought i was getting better. but by nighttime i was hot and not sweating

its weird for us not to sweat and i was getting confused and mouth was dry, so partner told me what to do and i got to the er. i was amazed that staff and patients were not collapsing on the floor because to me it was like 30°c/86°f in there. at 10:30 at night. vitals were normal but a triage nurse said i was warm to the touch. i dont think anyone took my temperature the entire visit
