@sarahalang@fedihum.org @StefanMuelller@lingo.lol I'll just give the statistics (public info) at our place: 0/4 full professors are female; 4/7 university professors are female. The current rules for getting a professor title, which leads more or less automatically to getting a full professorship, have a key criterion of requiring two "outstanding" research achievements. It's up to five referees to interpret "outstanding" (and up to a committee to act on the referees' reports). The rules change each ~5-10 yrs.
