They've canceled all the trains where I live this weekend so I'm at home, listening to the Rail Band, which, according to Wikipedia, was sponsored by the railway administration in Mali. On the cover it says, Buffet Hotel De La Gare. I'm wondering if this is an advertisement or where the record was recorded?
