I read a lot of bad takes in tech news, some painfully so, but did anything age as poorly, quickly, and unexpectedly as wide reaction to Apple increasing Mac base memory to 16GB in 2024? e.g., The Verge: "Macs with 8GB of RAM are a thing of the past."
