@PattyHanson An unsolicited call. If you have Allstate insurance an agent might call you if rates went down or they might not if it lowered their commission. Regardless as the CEO of an insurance company once told me ‘most agents just want to be out playing golf and do not bother to call customers’. That was clearly a scam.
