The drop might have happened due to abnormal events, and be geographically limited, but seeing it being possible is great!

@amhrasmussen@universeodon.com Yes, for some specific narrow definition of "we". However, we all live on a single planet and share one atmosphere that doesn't care about national borders. The only time our emissions went down globally was during economic turmoil (1992, 2009, 2020). Still, I boosted that post, as any small win counts. It's not nothing. But it's not enough.
