⛑️ Isabelle Preti, the only practicing CERT emergency skills trainer in the Monterey Peninsula area, suffered a serious ankle fracture and needs our help. Active for eleven years, Isabelle has trained hundreds of Monterey County residents in the FEMA Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program. Her injury required surgery and incurred a huge bill for her stay in the hospital.
