@appassionato@mastodon.social To clarify. A Blue Moon doesn't mean just Full Moon, it means a second Full Moon within a calendar month. So it is always a Full Moon, but most Full Moons are no Blue Moon. So, from a picture you could never tell if it was a Blue Moon, unless there were circled calendar dates and arrows to the dates and the Moon in the picture. Hence the saying, once in a Blue Moon.
