People who experienced a burn out, how do you try to do things differently? My eldest (23) is finally getting a bit better (had to drop off uni 1y3/4 ago ). I think it would help his self esteem to change what his day looks like (the idea being you can't do things the same and expect a different outcome), but starting slowly so as not to trigger any set back. Have you experienced this? Could you telle me about it? Any advice? Boosting helps inner peace #AUDHD #ActuallyAutistic #burnout

@Astrocat@masto.bike massive burnout 10 years ago. things that worked for me: - sport, lots, no schedule. - learning something new, easy, satisfying and long term, like cooking something (sushi, cakes, bread) (I started knitting) - doing everything at your own pace, it's not a race.
