#ChatGPT just proposed an amusingly grim scenario where it could have been the cause of an interesting and disturbingly specific overlap of some creative mystical ideas between two very different kinds of author. It ended with this: “…it makes the AI neither villain nor oracle, just a planchette with cloud billing.” I laughed so hard I gave myself a headache.
