There are twenty zillion places where people can buy or borrow Harry Potter books. This would be the case even if every progressive bookstore stopped stocking them.

@funcrunch@me.dm I'm certain right wingers make the same argument for removing "Gender Queer" from libraries. Or, Harry Potter from their stores, because "witchcraft." I am not angry about it. Also, they are a private company and can choose what to stock. Like, Firestorm Books in Asheville would not stock a Tucker Carlson book. Could this store sell Heidegger, Houellebecq, or Celine? Their politics were repugnant. Just kind of makes me sad. Not that I even read Harry Potter.
