I see lots of liberal noise about how Trump’s actions are illegal, but beyond that everything seems like woolly ideas somewhere between Gnome Underpants Theory (1. collect underpants, 2. ???, 3 profit!!!) and the Magic of the State. I think we should call this South Parkio–Taussigian School of Jurisprudence.
