@GrapheneOS@grapheneos.social @cassidy@mastodon.blaede.family oh, I'm entirely aware that Graphene is itsbown OS as opposed to a modified ROM. I only brought it up since it is still Android and this shows that there are plenty of roads to travel to get somewhere. I've tried Roms before, and the devs of those do a great job at #degoogling android, but, at least that I know of, there's no other hardened android OS out there, which is a shame. It would be great if more Dev groups chose to go that route instead of simply #degoogling.

@linuxjj@mastodon.social there are hardened android cusrom ROM. Not as hard as GrapheneOS. But #calyxos and #divestOS do the best they can. And their privacy concept is not based on "sandboxing", but on avoiding evil Google apps and if needed replacing them with #microG. @GrapheneOS@grapheneos.social @cassidy@mastodon.blaede.family
