It's kind of out of scope of the OSM project as well. @organicmaps@fosstodon.org is looking at taking it over maybe. It'd still prefer mozilla, but it's better than some other alternatives: https://github.com/mozilla/ichnaea/issues/2065#issuecomment-1997027051
