Possibly going to look at an apartment on Tuesday. It's a studio apartment and I'd prefer a 1BR but it's in a nice building on a tree-lined street in an area of Wilmington I like, utilities are included, it's less than 15 minutes to work, and the rent is reasonable. I hope it works out and that I get it. I think it'll be a nice spot for me and Gato to share, and eventually welcome @ghostradio into. In fits and starts, I'm building the future I want. This is exciting.
