It was so windy yesterday that all the lovely birch pollen blew in my face full force. I'm still feeling the effects today despite showering, new clothes *and* medication. Fun! I'm in my 2nd year of immunotherapy for grass pollens. Will need to do one more yeat, then I can switch to tree pollen immunotherapy. The grass one seems to be working, so I'm hopeful. #allergies
