Excellent observation. All good posts are very specific ideas or insights, on very specific things. Those things need not be important in themselves, and the poster need not be especially brilliant in their writing. But the way the poster relates to their subject resonates with others and makes them think. Thus we all effect change in ourselves and each other, one post at a time.
