Functionality is mostly fine, but usability is a big problem here. How do I know? Because I see it every day. My wife is somewhat interested but still hasn't gotten the hang of it - because it requires technical knowledge she is not willing to acquire. And she shouldn't have to. There is no such thing as "Too much usability." But often there is "Too little usability."
