Had my first 1 to 1 session at the local Autism Hub today. Felt quite positive, obv had homework, one of which was to fill this ADHD screening questionnaire out. I said that although I'm aware I have SOME traits, as our youngest has recently gone through ADHD diagnosis, I didn't feel that I was likely to have it strongly. Now I'm not so sure.
