Fork, create a new webpage and start seoing the other one out of listing (hard but if it's really inactive it might work), and once the domain runs out grab it (otherwise it's not really inactive though?) Alternatively one could try to offer money to buy the project but I personally would not trust such offers. @joshbressers@infosec.exchange
