Meta lays off 11k, Microsoft 10k+, Google 12k, Amazon 18k, SalesForce 7k... all the CEOs say they take responsibility, and they made a decision that was wrong (expanding too fast ahead of revenue).
But, what I don't understand is if tech has some of the smartest people in the industry, how did they *all* make the *same* wrong decision *at the same time*?
To me, that seems systemic rather than one CEO miscalculating.
