Things that don't work: Adding ~3 GB of video clips to iCloud Drive on my Mac uploading them so others can see them.
Things that do work: Using Continuity to drag the same files from my desktop to the iCloud-Folder on my iPad and uploading them from there.
Apple, please give me a "sync now"-button.
