Some people need quotes to be able to interact, it's an accessibility tool for them. They need to be allowed to quote .
How to do that and still have "consent respecting quotes"?
That was my question. What will be done in those cases, not how it works.
I know how it works, what I want to now it's if it takes into account ND people that needs quotes to interact.

whats an use case where quotes are actualy a feature accessibility that a simple reply can not do?
