@mojo@aus.social it's funny what constitutes a broken promise, what's a backflip, what’s a tactical move, what’s a calculated change of direction. i couldn't give a toss. politicians don't keep promises, that's table stakes.
i am just surprised (and delighted) that the government breaking a promise has worked in favour of more than simply the donors. i genuinely didn't think they had it in them.
