@takosix You'd enjoy my company-get a quotation. Print it out so you can put your hanko on it. Then scan it into a PDF and send it back to the original company, asking them to sign it too. They add an e-signature and send it back. We print that, my company boss puts his big-ass hanko on it, and adds the 済. Now this gets scanned again into a PDF and stored God knows where (because we're 'paperless'!), while the paper goes next to other documents that have been accumulating there for decades.
