We lost our kitty today after 18 years. She had CKD and survived over a year after reaching stage 3, which was remarkable... But still, completely devastated and lost without her... Will likely be alternating between hiding from my grief with coding and even work, and collapsing under it. Apologies for any chaos this causes.
