@CStamp also, I don't know that this image shows anyone abusing anyone. Just an ugly dude making an ugly face. Potentially facetiming his ugly wife while a woman walks by. Even if he is filming that woman. That's the appalling abuse? Being filmed as you walk by? I don't know, I'm sure there's plenty of abuse happening in every corner of every war - but this image isn't it.
