All Neocities sites are down because Namecheap locked the domain without warning... and with that, taken down a huge part of the indieweb. Don't use Namecheap, and if you do it's easy to move. Namecheap's customer service is awful and they are much more expensive than alternatives. Now is the time to leave. or later maybe after you've had a snack is fine, too.
