Had a printer install go south real bad two weeks ago and when I went to install another one today, I instantly spiraled at the smallest hiccup and fell apart. What was supposed to be a 30-45 min *MAX* install turned into a 2 hour slog. All because I lost my notes with settings/configuration steps I needed to take and I had to start from scratch and it uhhh...went poorly.
