Fixed it, had to redownload the file from the internet and paste it into the system32 folde0r.

@kev@dragonscave.space Be careful about doing that. The DLL comes from the Visual C++ runtime redistributable for 2015 and later. If you install that, both x64 and x86, it should fix it.
