@digitalpardoe@social.lol I’ll be interested to see some real world workflows for photo editing in Resolve, but my personal priority for editing photos is getting through them quickly. I don’t need or want to spend hours grading each individual photo. Deep detail for each individual photo is what I think Resolve is offering?

@rowan_johnson@mastodon.social That’s the impression I get but I’m not sure who is putting that much effort into one photo and not already deep into Lightroom, Photoshop and a layers-based workflow. It’ll be nice to see it succeed in terms of competition but I’m yet to be convinced that photo editing benefits from the granularity of control being shown off.
