Because of my auto-immune issue, both my knees dislocate often. But they can't do it the same way. Oh no. That would be boring. One dislocates left and right when the knee is bent. Sometimes I can reverse whatever motion did that and slip it back in place. Usually not, though, and I have to "pop" it by extending the leg. This used to be painful. Now it's just uncomfortable. That's probably a bad sign. It dislocates two to three times per week.
