https://cloudisland.nz/@freakboy3742/116691013883402288 Reminded of the POPL conference I went to where the hotel conference room had a stupidly low ceiling and so the bottom half of the screen wasn't visible from the middle->back of the room. ... so Phil Wadler redid all of his slides the night before to ONLY use the top half of the screen. Suffice it to say the slides were Very Short (I think he broke the title across two slides). It was a really good talk. (Also reminded of my PhD orals where I had handwritten slides (because this was Before Powerpoint) with small writing and multiple overlays (to quote one my classmates, "If there were a Geneva Convention concerning slide presentations, you'd be in Spandau right about now....")
