@cliffco58@mstdn.party There seemed to be an inconsistency but then I thought, maybe from February onward 1 lightday is the minimum distance from Earth.

@thematic@mastodon.green No I think you’re right, there’s several inconsistencies in the article. First it says > At its current speed of around 61,195 km/h (38,025 miles/h), Voyager 1 will take over a year to reach the full distance of one light-day Then it says > According to the U.S Space Agency, Voyager 1 is expected to reach this distance on November 15, 2026, with the full one light-day milestone occurring on January 28, 2027. That’s three different dates for the same event. Not sure how that went by the author and the editors unnoticed. @cliffco58@mstdn.party
