@randomgeek@masto.hackers.town Back in the early nineties, a friend of mine and I made mango salsa, and it was that same sort of thing - sweet, fruity, a little citrusy (we used some lime juice) - and then it would hit the back of your throat, and the habaneros kicked in. So you'd have some more, because surely that sweet, fruity flavor will cool it down...
