It just sends the wrong message, and especially to Chud supporters. A stable legal system relies on at least the illusion of fairness. I don't KNOW if he's guilty or if his defense will stick, but prohibiting making bond by changing the rules each time he can satisfy them only seems to entail that he'll be railroaded throughout the process, and that the entire process lacks the illusion of fairness. I mean... I expected bullshit, but this is a bit over the top and has exceeded my expectations.

Yo. Is there any sort of filing the defense can do to override the judge? Getting screwed every step of the way also makes it seem like the judge is biased. Can they get a new judge based off this conduct or use it as a basis for appeal if he gets it convicted down the road?
