I remember a conversation at my workplace back in the early 2000s that effectively boiled down to: Them: “We need software to help us track our Agile projects” Me: “Certainly, here are three possibilities” Them: “What about Jira?” Me: “Jira is terrible for tracking Agile projects. It will be worse than what we are doing now.” Them: “But it’s cheaper. Okay, everyone! We’re all using Jira!”
