Just walked by a dark spinning studio with one rider and one coach facing each other across two dozen empty bikes. They were grinding hard in an uphill gear, the coach steadily monologuing into a mic. No music. It was so intense. The soulcycle to oblivion 🚵‍♂️🕳️
