@woo@fosstodon.org I think you overestimate the strategic input most CEOs & HR provide. Most literally measure"success" as simple growth, and their "strategy" usiually is just to copy others, er, "benchmark against industry best practices". LLMs are capable of being as "innovative" as most CEOs. Let's cross-leverage our synergies to produce win-win scenarios LOL
