The Judge in Chud the Builder's case once again moved the goal post to make sure he can't make bail.
> During Wednesday’s proceedings, a friend of Eatherly’s did offer to pay that full amount. However, Judge Goodman said that he was issuing a cap on how much bond companies would be allowed to accept in Eatherly’s case.
> Goodman said that bonding companies would only be permitted to put forth $100,000 of liability rather than taking responsibility for the full $1 million bail. As such, 10 different companies would have to split the risk and require a $10,000 bond be paid to each of them.

@Humpleupagus@eveningzoo.club we don't have bailbonds in WI but couldn't the companies just wave the 10% after 1 company is paid or is there some legal shit that says they need 10%
