McLaughlin says big targets don't mean anything, the SNP talked a good game but failed to meet them. Says the Lib Dem aim is bike lanes to public transport hubs.

Simpson says at the last election everyone signed up to 10% of the transport budget on active travel, but it didn't happen. So that's why this time nobody has made commitments, public finances are bad he says.
