One of the things that opened my third eye recently was the reason why so many dictatorial regimes build new capital cities with massive roads but nobody really living there is because they want to build a city that is resistant to mass rebellions, protests and baracades. Massive wide roads do that.

Anyway ever notice how American cities build big stroads like this with no firm walls on either side of the road?
