I made some sourdough loaves with oat flour, and sprinkled oats on top to let people know what kind they were. But while the loaves were baking, the sprinkled oats slid off, hit the pizza stone, and smoldered. V smoky. So maybe don’t do that. Maybe instead just tell people that they’re oat flavor. #baking #sourdough
