Quebec, Canada sign nearly $10B in infrastructure agreements
Quebec and Ottawa have signed five infrastructure agreements totaling nearly $10 billion, paving the way for major investments in public transit, health care, housing and higher education across the province over the next decade.

@cbcottawa_mirror@mastodon.hongkongers.net $10B for infrastructure sounds solid on paper but I'd be watching how much actually goes to projects vs overhead. Public transit and housing are the ones that could move the needle if they don't get stuck in bureaucracy.
