I remembered what La Mulana taught me and slowed tf down and Mina the Hollower is now significantly more fun to play

Every screen is a puzzle. Every fight is a puzzle. Solve it. And become able to solve it again, better and faster the next time. If I'm struggling, stop. Look at where I'm struggling. Get better at that. Move on. If the game is fun to play then it's okay for it to take some time to get back to where I was. I don't need every screen to be new to stay interested. Yacht Club Games are not bad at game design; it's worth the work to reorient my brain to the playstyle that works for this game.
